Fitness Walk.

This is happening tomorrow and I am super excited. If there is one thing most people know about me, it is the fact that I prioritize my health. I like being fit and healthy and a healthy or fit life is a happy one. When you have a bit of a health challenge, it is not funny and you don't have to wait still you have one. They build up overtime and you can start little by taking the initiative to do it. Don't overstretch yourself if it is something you have never tried out before now. Just try to stretch yourself a little but not too much. Take a walk. Take a stroll. Plank. Jump. Run. Dance. Stretch each body parts. Make sure you don't keep your body stiff. I try to play football at least 3 times in a month and each session lasts for 3 hours. I am always excited about my Saturday mornings. What we each sometimes have effect on our health more than we know it and most people don't watch what they eat as they should, so why not watch what you do by being intentional about your healthy living? Fitness walk it is. It is going to be for 3 hours also tomorrow and yes, I am going all in.
