## Let's start. The brain is very important to the human body. If there is a slight defect in it, this human body will have a profound effect on its functioning. Before we look at some guidelines for adjusting our mental state, we already know a little about the brain. There are three main parts of the human brain. 1. The first of these is Fore Brain. 2. The second is Mid Brain. 3. And the third is Hind Brian.

# Forebrain Functions There are parts of it that perform different tasks. But we will only talk about this Fore Brain. It is the largest part of the brain. Its purpose is to make human beings feel anything... It gives the body the ability to understand what is going on in any part of the body, For example we have a mosquito bite It makes me feel. Then it makes us feel any pain in the body. And it controls our waking and sleeping state at what time we wake up and at what time. This is another important achievement of the brain. It also has the task of making us feel happy and happy and sad. There are many more functions to this but we only saw the essential things. # Midbrain Functions Between the forebrain and hindbrain. As seen in the diagram. It is located in the middle of the forebrain and hindbrain. This is the first function it combines Fore Brain and Hind Brain. He receives sensory information. It feels us smell the odor and if any of us touch the body. And then it sends the information to Fore Brain, where it gets modified. Then it helps us to hear the sound and to know it, tells us whose voice it is and whether it is slow or loud. And it also helps us to walk and to know which direction we are going. Know talk about hind brain function. # Hind brain Functions First and foremost, this function controls the air that goes into our body. After that, the heart that gives blood to the body controls the same. Along with this it also controls our body's blood pressure which makes the blood pressure normal and strong. When we have the vomiting, it controls it too.

# We come to the real point of how to fix our mental state..... Our mental state is weak when we are in a state of stress as if something feeling. When thinking on something. So here are five things we need to do to keep our mind healthy. 1. Exercise is not only related to the human body but also to the human mind. To exercise in the fresh air, our mind is healthy, so we should exercise daily morning time in a refreshed atmosphere. 2. Fatty foods produce heat in the brain, so eat foods that are low in fat. Be sure to include fruits and vegetables in your diet, like broccoli pods and spinach keep the human body temperature parallel. And use the fish at least twice a week. 3. All you have to do to change your lifestyle for your mental health is to exercise to improve your mood. 20 minutes of exercise can also free your mind from unnecessary anxiety. Also talk to your doctor about your mental health and stress. 4. Also, if you find that your sleeps is not good enough and try to sleep properly and do not use tea before bed. And try to get up in the morning without alarm. These are just some of the things that keep our mind healthy. # The benefits of improving the mental state. The first benefit is that humans do not get old quickly.If the human mind is alright then there is no effect on the human body.This article describes the need for parts of the brain if any one of them is bad, so much of our work can go wrong.
