**Just have a think right now if you feel hungry or thirsty?** Often what happens is that we inappropriately respond to this. More often than we should we respond by eating instead of drinking. It’s not actually your fault, it's because your hypothalamus regulates hunger and thirst, and sometimes it mixes up its signals. If we’re feeling hungry between meals then drink a glass or two of water and see how we feel after 20 minutes or so. If you’re still feeling hungry then eat something.
