During summer I love eating salad, it's a perfect summer dish, healthy, light and fresh, salad its extreme healthy for all the body, for the muscles, the stomach, the immunitary system, the eyes, the blood circulation, the grain etc... Naturally a green or mixed salad full of vegetables, obviously its perfect for vegan and vegetarians.
You can prepare a mixed salad with many things this time I use radish leafs, green salad of various kind, iceberg kind is one of my favorite but I also love rucola and curly salad, peppers, green and red and some wurstels and tomatoes and mozzarella.

I love salad its fresh and healthy and I use it often in a big bowl like a full meal, or I use it with some meat slices or with a omelette, salad its really super!!
I especially love the mixed one, with many cool things, like tomatoes!!!
