Egg yolk is known to be the yellow substance in an egg, it contains a very high level of cholesterol but it also provide a very strong nutrients and healthy benefits like:

  1. Nutrition
  2. It boost immune system
  3. It reduces eye problem
  4. It add fat to the body
  5. It reduces blood pressure
    This are the nutrients and proteins in egg yolk.

Egg is a very common food that you can find anywhere and that is why I call it universal food, it is very easy to prepare all over the world.
Egg can be prepared in so many ways like:

  1. By cooking (boiling)
  2. By frying
  3. For baking
  4. Or you can mix it with any kind of food.
    When you eat the egg white and yolk together it will provide the right balance of protein, fat, etc. And eating the white part and the yolk together allows most people to feel balance and more satisfying for their balance diet
    And it is said that one egg for one day is enough for the body
    So if you eat more than one per day the rest are just a waste to the body system.

We normally use the egg shell for pursuing snakes,wall gecko so the egg shell is not even a waste at all
