Today I woke up beat and it was rough to get going. While I was struggling I remembered watching the Iron Cowboy documentary.
He did 50 iron mans in 50 days in 50 states. If you have not watched it it’s awesome. Go check it out.
So watched this again today and it was awesome.
I have worked out more in the last 3 days than probably the last 3 months. Ive got a lot of sore muscles. The good type of sore though. The sore that means I am making progress.
I’ve been buying a lot of produce and making super healthy snacks whenever I can.
