I continue my outdoorgym workouts and increase my daily activity with some push ups dips squats stretching... whatever feels intuitive and good.
Feels great. I am gettback in shape.
Have slept in the bed now for a week and agai. Exchanged it and sleep on my yoga mat now. It feels so much better and comfortable and my back is much straighter in the mornings.

Sleeping on a yoga mat is one of the most healthy things and you will grow abs and back muscles at night.
