As we try to make a transition over to a more decentralised community for Natural Medicine, I'm still a little confused on what we're doing with beneficiaries. I thought I knew, but it turns out I don't, so this week everyone featured is going to get 5% beneficiary, because I love you all and what you share here.
I feel like I should insert an Oprah meme here... you get a beneficiary and you get a beneficiary... I'm feeling too lazy and tired to make one, though...
Things happening in the community.
Laughter is the best medicine, so the current challenge from @naturalmedicine is a humour challenge. In these stressful times let's see if we can lighten the mood and bring some laughter into our lives.
Some highlights of the week
Nature is unpredictable and when it comes to gardening you really have to take this on board. This week @erikah takes us through the devastation a sudden, summer hail storm can have on a thriving garden. While there are some big losses, some plays still have the potential to recover, such is the durability of nature.
Making a mud house a home is the theme of @soulturtle's post this week as he shows what can be achieved with mud house interiors.
I have to admire those who grow their gardens in containers when they don't have the ground to grow in. It takes a lot more care and effort doing it this way. @cmplxty shares the latest update on his condo garden, with some losses and gains.
@graciadegenios shares a simple ricotta cheese recipe, a great way to find more uses for excess milk.
