There's no way to deny that food has a direct impact on depression. As long as food had an impact on our mind there must be a connection between those two. But the question is, Should we treat depression with food? Or should we go for medication? I'm not an expert not any professional. But what I learn over the year and from my life that we can treat depression with food. But we have to consider many other things side by side and the output depends on so many other things. It's not like that food can give us an overnight solution. But it surely can improve our mental condition and make us feel better.

Or we could say it heals a little bit. Also, there is some specific food which creates a great effect on our brain to make us feel good. I'm sharing some of the food which can help. Like Fatty fish, dark green vegetables, nuts ie. Also, sugar, alcohol, etc are bad for depression. You will find a huge amount of free suggestions online on which food is best to treat depression. So, I'm not making this list longer. Rather I'm gonna talk a little about whether we should take that decision or not. *As I have said earlier it actually depends. So the first thing we should consider to take professional help. They can suggest to us better what we need to do. If you think you can take a step to see how can you deal with it then give it a try for a few days, do good research on it and go for it. But if you find that nothing is happening then see a professional.* There's nothing better to attach with life. And food can be a great way to do so for the people who are facing depression and any mental health issues. A good diet can make us live healthy and happy!
