I had my first semi-off-day in 2921 not really feeling like doing all too much and procrastinating things I set out to do. I did give in on some cravings for Potato chips and bread but that was about it. I still stuck to drinking water and so. Usually these off days come in packs but I will have all my focus not to not have this happen which would be somewhat of a victory. I did prepare fresh and healthy pizza dough so I can have some good comfort food during the weeking without it being bad for me.
The evening was also quite frustrating with the football match not playing out as planned despite feeling quite good about the bets I got into.
