5 minutes a day theory??

5 minutes a day! what does it means? is it possible to adapt any new habit by just spending 5 minutes a day? the answer for this question is a big Yes. There is very muck known thought that if you do one thing for just 21 days regularly this thing or act will become your habit for the life time. So this idea also work with the 5 minutes a day theory. Lets take an example of daily morning walk of just 5 minutes at very first minute after you left your bed this task may be very hectic at beginning but my friend trust me once you have become habitual of this it will be a game changer for your life. If you just do jumping jack for just one minute your performance for the day increase by more than 20% and this is not a theory only you can just check this method by doing it for one day and you will be very amaze after getting results. Every one want healthy and happy life but this will not happen by itself you have to take action first. so start your new habit by doing it for just 5 minutes a day and after some time this will become a daily ritual.
