Puffed grain or locally called it muri. Here grain is the puffed rice. With some green peas and few sliced onions. Sometime when I getting bored with junk food or stuffed at that time, I took this kind of food as breakfast. This is very simple and easy to digest. And if you think about your health issue or healthy food it is very good for health. As it is very healthy and easy to digest. And it will be work like medicine if you feel some acidity in your stomach. But of course, to not drink water around 10 to 15 minutes after eating this if you want it works like an antacid.
My suggestion is try it once.
