Lemon is a better source of vitamin C. Also, it contains various vitamins such as thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate and small amounts of vitamin-E. It provides relief in bad throat, constipation and gum problems. Also reduces blood pressure and stress. Along with making the skin healthy, it is also better for the liver.   Lemonade is helpful in digestion, balancing weight and protecting against many cancers. Lemonade contains many minerals such as iron, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, potassium and zinc. Kidney stones are very annoying. If someone has problems with stone then lemonade will be very beneficial for him. Lemon is very beneficial in many diseases and physical problems. If you consume one glass of lemonade every day, then you will always stay away from minor diseases. People often consider lemonade as a panacea to reduce obesity. Since lemon contains vitamin C which helps in keeping the body disease free.
