basically everyone really wants to get good health. and this is no longer a public secret. especially with women. all women want to look healthy and young. to look young, that is by exercising. but many people are less aware of the benefits of sports. whereas exercise is a practical way to get excellent health. and to do sports is very good if routinely done when young. when a person rarely does sports at a young age, there is a high risk of developing diabetes, cholesterol, rheumatism, and many other diseases. beneficial exercise burns calories this is the biggest benefit of exercising. every day we need calories to get energy when doing activities. but the number of calories we get from food and drinks we do not fully use for activities. there will be many left. for that we need exercise to burn the remaining calories. if calories continue to accumulate, then over time a person will cause many diseases. one of them diabetes, and also causes high cholesterol. When cholesterol and diabetes occur, other complications such as hypertension, kidney failure, heart failure, and many other diseases will also occur. apart from that many other benefits of exercise. from now on let's strengthen the determination to exercise regularly.
