Smart goals

[Health Tip] Did you make new year's resolutions? How are they going? Remember that you're resolving to improve a habit, it helps to make your goals SMART: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Timely. So instead of resolving to ""get healthy in 2020,"" target specific, realistic things that you want to change. (So a good alternative might be: I will go to the gym three times a week in the morning and run on the treadmill in order to improve my cardiovascular health. By March 30, I hope to be able to run on the treadmill for 30 minutes at a time.)
