So I run out of my hairspray and it is time to make a new one and because it is so easy, fast and simple I can make it within few minutes. One of the incredible benefits of having essential oils in your home is that the oils are at your finger tips for anything and everything, from cleaning, cooking, skin care, hair care, skin burns, bug bites, cuts.....and I can just go on, because the list does not stop especially when it comes to your health and overall wellness. With this hair spray, which I love and have been using for a while now, all you need is a: 1 cup of water 3-5 spoons of sugar (depending on the strength you want, the more sugar the stronger the strength) Soft mist glass/stainless glass spray bottle Essential Oils optional, but very beneficial Boils the water so that you can dissolve the sugar in it. Cool the water down. Add essential oil. Shake and there you go. One of the best essential oils for hair health/growth is Rosemary essential oil. Lavender is also amazing for hair health along with Peppermint oil. Massaging your skull with these oils is also so beneficial to improve your hair like hair loss/hair growth, strong and healthy hair.
