Drinking coffee has become part of the routine. For most people, drinking coffee can also improve mood. Not only is associated with heart health, it also impacts good for digestion. The latest research shows that coffee drinkers have regular compositions of bacteria which is healthy in their gut. Drinking just one cup can fight unhealthy fats, reducing the inflammation associated with obesity, or even protect the brain into old age. This research highlights the mechanism of the relationship between the coffee and the health of the gut microbiota, which is done by experts. Namely Li Jiao, an associate professor of medicine-gastroenterology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. He is also a researcher at the Center for Innovations in Quality, Effectiveness, and Safety in the Medical Center, Michael E. DeBakey VA. Then there's Shawn Gurwara, also of Baylor College, who is the author who presented the findings at the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) Annual Scientific Meeting 2019, which took place in San Antonio, TX. “A lot of the benefits of the consumption of coffee in the fight against diseases of the metabolism.
