HI friends Today I come with another interesting tasty recipe using Millets. For taking millets in your daily life we can reduce lot of Healthy related issues very easily. My personally I am also taking millets in my diet on regular basis. I reduce my over weight too. Some other health benefits I get it. So all you just try Millets at least once a day in a week. For Today recipe I use foxtail Millet, but you can use any other Millet to. But follow my steps for getting rich fiber healthy Millet Pongal. Some not like to eat millets only, so hear I using Millets and rice combinations. Who don't like to eat, those eat like this way at starting. Then you can eat millets only too. Some have over body heating on eating millets. Those have this problem we can eat like this way. On taking millets with rice combinations. This Millet Pongal is good choice for complete meal. It is best combination with vegetables chutney. Now I give details about how to prepare and what ingredients we need for preparing this Millet Pongal. For this we need 1/4 cup Moong Dal, 1/4 cup fox tail millets, 2 table spoon rice, 2 1/2 cup water, 2 table spoon gee, 1 tea spoon cumin seeds, 1 tea spoon pepper seeds, 1 inch ginger, 10 curry leaves, 2 table spoon cashew nuts, 3-4 pepper corn, Salt as required, pinch of hing and turmeric. Now I give details about how to prepare this recipe. For this first we wash and soak fox tail Millet at leat 4-6 hours. Soak Moong Dal, rice up to 2 hours. Now take one pressure cooker. Put soaked millets, rice, and moog Dal to get her. Mix them well. Add 2 1/2 cup water too it. Cook up to 10-15 vessel. Then turn off the stove. Now see all those are cooked correctly or not. If needed add warm water then adjust consistency. Now smash those. Hear add required salt to it. Now mix them well. Now take another pan, after getting heated add gee, cumin seeds, ginger, pepper corn, cashews, hing, turmeric all those one by them one. Fry them all, before leaving add curry leaves too. Now transfer all those to smashed millets. Now mix them well, Then millets Pongal is ready to serve. Prepare this recipe in your home and enjoy with your friends and family members. Very simple tasty, delicious Millets.
