The First hack i have for you guys is simple and that is that is just to sleep so it is really important to make sure you are getting at least getting 8h of sleep, specially when you are a teenager because sleep is essential to your health and daily functioning and your brain is still continuing to develop so you need sleep in order to have that happy brain development.

this next hack is to just drink more water and a hack i have for you guys is to buy a really big water bottle either buy a smaller one and fill it up more times to help you out drinking water. Passing from soda to just water is going to make a very big difference, and with water i also suggest to put slices of lemon into your bottle cause that also has so many benefits for your body, it's a digestiv, an excellent source of potassium and also gives you a energy boost, helps with your skin, reduces inflammation. There are so many thing that are really going to help you so i definitely recommend throwing a couple of slices of lemon into your water once in a while. The next hack is to make sure that you eat all of your meals, make sure you are not skipping breakfast launch dinner. make sure you are eating all those meals and your snacks ass well...i know all the times you are going to school you might not be hungry. The next tip is to NEVER Forget your breakfast and pack it up for school cause we all do know that the cafeteria is can,t be that good..it is full of sodium and bad fats for you so it is really important to pack your breakfast pack some snacks that are healthy and to make sure that you are organised when it comes to your meals If instead you are having issues by doing so at least you can try eating 1 healthy meal a day, after a while you can start with 2 and then do 3 and so on. Another idea is eating sweet potato... it is so yummy xx you can mix it up with a salad with some balsamic dressing. This is a good meal i personally love to have for lunch or dinner time so i definitely recommend creating more healthy meals into your days. It is also important to get your fruits, your greens into your day. If you are someone who doesn't like vegetables or fruits you can always have a smoothie with blackberries, strawberries, bananas and a handful of spinach and to be honest you will definitely not taste the spinach taste, but also add some greek yogurt.(also can ad some ice as well to make it nice and cold, it tastes much more better) and this is a very good way to get your fruits and greens in , and you can have it as a snack as your breakfast, its really up to you, and you can make so many versions and they can taste so amazing. The last hack is to get at least some kind of work out...if you are a couch potato, what you can do is to have 2 dumbbells and try to work out a few exercises that fit for you , while commercials are playing and if you are out of ideas you can always search online for easy exercise with dumbbells. These are my personal opinions.
