I am made Sunday into a weekly Actifit Runday. I did not exactly go on a run today but went for a walk instead. I’m still taking it slow not wanting to force my knee which seems mostly healed by now. Tomorrow I will start another 100 day period of living as healthy and active I possibly can hoping to make a lot of personal progress along the way. The first couple days will likely ask some discipline but I’m looking forward to when everything goes automatically again...
