A cold shower I know a lot of you are saying okay I could do lemon water, But the cold shower? Read on and I'll tell you the benefits of each. ## 2 cups of warm water with a fresh squeezed lemon into it. Well first off lemons are full many nutrients. Such as B complex, iron, magnesium, vitamin C. They contain more potassium than grapes or apples! That is huge! 1. Lemons aid in digestion 2. It helps clean your system by flushing toxins out of your body and enhancing enzyme functions. This helps your liver in huge ways. 3. Boost your immune system. That huge jolt of vitamins including vitamin C does great things to keep you healthy. 4. And don't forget potassium. You need potassium in your life for healthy brain and nerve functions. 5. Helps you lose weight. The pectin fiber assists in fighting those cravings for food. 6. Keeps your breath fresh, and helps fight gingivitis. 7. Inflammation reduction.
