You won't be able to perform Jala Neti without having a water container looking somewhat like Aladdin's lamp, there are many variations to it and some may differ but the one described is how it was intended to be. The container is called *Neti Pot* and you can buy it on various sites. ### The Procedure - make sure you boil the water and add sea salt (unrefined) in it - the water should be lukewarm when filling the container - lean over the sink and insert pot extension in nostril you prefer, if it's left bend your head a bit to the right - mouth should be open so you can breathe slowly - water will begin flowing and when it breaks the mucus, it should exit on the other nostril - let the water flow for at least 30 seconds - remove the pot and use intensive breathing technique to further clean the nose - don't forget to do the same with second nostril :P You can do this technique every morning soon as you wake up.
