... but for good cause! I’m on an attempt to shake my soda addiction and had my last one almost 4 days ago. After a good 72 hours of feeling like crap from sugar & caffeine withdrawal... I’m feeling a bit more alive again! Here’s hoping it actually pays dividends in the energy & productivity departments if I can stick to this healthy change!
