So yeah...I want to introduce common leaf an antioxidant include and vary popular taste to for local villagers. It's Passion fruit leaf. Now anyone know about passion fruit. It's very popular fruit around the world. Someone made drink using ingredients inside of the fruit. Someone eat them. Sri Lanka has very good weather condition for grow passion fruit vines. Every raw fruits has green color but after ripe, color changes like yellow and maroon colors. In my past experience maroon color ripe fruit so delicious than yellow color one. I simply explain about fruit. But this post dedicate to write about passion fruit leaf.*

*The hand we see in our country is green and there is no green leaf that people do not eat. When we talk about green varieties, we are often reminded of the many commercial herbs in the market, such as Gotukola, Mukunuenna and Kankun (It's sinhala names. I couldn't find correct English names). But there is not much to talk about in our village. Among them, the medicinal and nutritional value of passion fruit leaves is higher than that of commercial varieties.*

After add salt, onions, chili etc. mix them. Finally we can eat it. But passion fruit leaf has very close bitter taste. But it hasn't fully bitter taste. So anyone can easily.
