How to drink 1.6L of water a day / 一日に1.6リットル水を飲む方法

Talking about my diet, I think I've kept it quite healthy over years except for the amount of water I drink. I drink a cup of grain coffee (or real one sometimes) in the morning, 2-3 cups of tea, and sometimes a glass of wine or beer during dinner time. I didn't drink pure water much especially in the winter time. I knew it's under the recommended amount and sometimes my partner pointed out I drink too less. As I didn't have any problem by not drinking proper amount of water, I left my habit as it is. But this year I decided to improve it. 1.6L (8 glasses) of water per day in addition to other drinks is my goal. ** Please not that it's dangerous to drink too much. Not only through out a day but also at a time. ** The day before yesterday I invented a hack. In the morning I put a jar of 800-1000ml of water with lemon slices and a small glass in the kitchen. When I see them, I drink water time by time. I consume the water I prepared in the morning until lunch time and make another one for the rest of the day. I drink it up until I go to bed. Then I drink 1.6L of water gradually through a day! It works well and I keep drinking water for three days :) I wish it becomes my new habit. I'll write about how it turns once I make it a bit longer. --- 結構食生活は健康的な方だと思うのですが、水は長い間もっと飲んだ方がよいと思いつつも(さらにドイツでは言われ・・・)なかなかきちんと飲めていませんでした。朝コーヒーもどきを飲んで、お茶を2、3杯飲んで、夜時々ビールやワインを飲むくらいでした。 そんな中、年が明けて、健康増進計画のひとつとして、きちんと水を飲むことにしました。水以外の飲み物のほかに、水をコップに8杯、1日1.6リットル飲むのを目標にしました。 !飲まなさすぎもですが、一日だけでなく一回の飲み過ぎも危険なので要注意です! いい方法を見つけて、この数日きちんと水を飲めています。朝起きたら台所に半日分の水をくんで、レモンを入れて置いておくと、台所で目につく度に飲めます。お昼までに半日分を飲み終えて、午後から夕方にかけての分をまた作って寝るまでに飲み終えるようにします。 もう少し長く、1ヶ月くらい続いたら、どんな変化があったかなどとともにまた投稿したいと思います。
