In a study published in the British Open Society of Science, the researchers say sleep disorder for a few nights is enough to make the person look ugly. Scientists pointed out that the dark circles around the eye and swollen eyelids hinder your contact with others. The researchers asked some people to express their opinion in the form of those who participated in the trials and appeared on the faces of fatigue, and observers responded that these appear to be less healthy and more alienated by others. The researchers conducted sleep experiments on 25 male and female university students and asked them to try to sleep well for two consecutive nights. A week later, they were asked to sleep for only four hours a night for two nights in a row. The researchers took pictures of their faces without putting on cosmetic powders after good and bad sleep sessions. After that, 122 women and men in the Scottish capital of Stockholm were asked to look at the pictures and then classify them based on gravity, health, sleepiness and confidence, and ask: "To what degree would you like to communicate with the person in the picture? Observers said they were less interested in communicating with tired students, who also described them as less healthy. "The tired face, whether it is sleep deprivation or otherwise, may trigger feelings of aversion to others for fear of disease," the researchers said. In other words, people do not show their desire to go out with someone who may be sick, while a person who seems to have signs of vitality is accepted by many.
