Milk is called a complete diet. Milk contains protein, fat, carbohydrates as well as many vitamins and minerals which are necessary for good health. Due to these benefits, children are advised to drink milk. According to a recent study, drinking a glass of hot milk every day improves health and those who drink milk reduce their intake of tea, coffee and alcohol compared to those who do not drink milk.

But to get the full benefit of milk, it is necessary to take it at the right time. The wrong amount and wrong use of milk can cause problems like indigestion, sour belching, gas, chest irritation and even skin allergies. ## Right Time: Consuming milk at night is the most beneficial because milk (tryptophen) contains an amino acid which helps in calming the brain and helps in getting good sleep. Drinking milk at night makes it easier for the body to take calcium present in it. If you want to make Muscles or Body, then milk should be taken at night. Protein present in milk gives more benefits this way. It is advisable to drink milk during the day if you want to gain weight. If there is difficulty in digesting milk, it should be consumed in the morning. However, drinking milk in the morning after exercise can cause acidity. People who are allergic to lactose and often suffer from constipation, indigestion and gas, should not consume milk on an empty stomach because it takes a little time to digest milk and our digestive system has to work harder.
