My Actifit Report Card: May 2 2019

Besides the two hours when our son was in school, I spent the day with him. We had a great time together. This morning was another great day for some photography. I havestrd some bananas and noticed my favourite banana is starting to flower. My two favourites are Lacatan and Morado which has a red peel. The Lacatan is high in beta carotene. Some nice but crazy people don't like bananas, but I think they are yummy.

I am thankful for such a wonderful day. Also Tia Linda is home and back to her healthy self. I hope everyone is doing well and is happy. Daddy William
