An Healthy Breakfast.

This morning, I had a special breakfast, though it is not something that people will just think of on a normal day, it is really simple yet enjoyable. I had pap and vegetable soup ( a proper Nigerian meal). Although things like this are usually taken in local areas in Nigeria, it is something I love very much, it's high nutritional value also makes it exciting to take. https://lifestyle.thecable.ng/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/Pap1.png Pap is made from corn, I think the upgraded version of our local pap is what we have as custard today. But, I would prefer pap to custard any day, and then vegetable soup, that is one of my favourite, especially when it is properly prepared with what I like to call "orishirishi" (I.e) meat, stock fish, crayfish, pomo and others. https://www.informationng.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/waterleaf.jpg Although, my own vegetable soup was just plain and simple this morning and that is because I did not have enough money to prepare it, I just simply prepared it like that and I enjoyed with a beautiful smile.
