Not that much going on on Monday. I am working toward the month of June where I plan to go all out making it into a body transformation project. I've always wanted to so something like that but never had the time or willpower until now. I am currently coming up with a plan and mainly on the work-out side it's hard to balance, I want to keep it so my body can handle it without getting injured but I also really want to push myself. I again went on to a hot yoga class and struggled a bit with the heat today. Doing these 6x a week during june will be one of the objectives. This along with a morning run 6 days a week of at least 15 minutes. The consistency will be more important compared to the actual lenght. I will also do daily reps but I'm not sure how much is realistic given the fact that I'm also will be doing hot yoga each day which is 90 minutes burning ~800-900 calories. I'll probably have options fr different level just so I can take it a bit more slowly in days when my muscles are in pain. Than again having the option to take it more slow might limit me. I still have some day to figure it out before June starts.

I went to bed early on monday and I will make sure I get enough sleep during the month of June when I will be stepping things up.
