But here are the rules I learned which if I had just taken seriously at first, I wouldn't have had to spend money on those club and gym fees and facial treatments. 1. The nutrients your skin needs are found in the foods you eat. So if you want a nicer skin, eat the right foods. The skin is just another excretory system. If you eat bad food, then expect them to be displayed on your skin.
