Healthy Hiking 3!

This can also double up into a meditative experience to help clear the mind and focus thoughts or zone out a little. As time goes on, hiking will provide a stable level activity to start strengthening the cardiovascular system. Improvements for me were very quick and I saw my entire body begin to strengthen for lengthier routes that would require a little more endurance. This eventually developed into being able to go to more challenging routes that would require better mobility to scale across rocky paths and inclines atop hills and mountains. Investing in the right walking gear makes all the difference and getting the right amount of comfort and traction is important to avoid injuries.
