The good news about yesterday is that I joined my 3rd yoga class in 4 days and I'm fully back into it. For a bit more than a month I procrastinated going mainly because I did not really feel like it, I wanted to spare my knee and also because my skin had gotten much worse. My knee problem seems to be a thing from the past and I better know my limits now when doing some of the postures and my skin is improving day by day.
On the bad side yesterday is that I was unable to resist my craving for cookies and went to buy some in the supermarket. It's pretty much the only thing i ate so for as far as calory intake goes it should not have a big effect on my weight loss progress.
I now have 3 very social days ahead with a big party for my oldest niece on saturday that I will help prepare today and the mandatory voting in Belgium on Sunday I don't really care that much for.
