Why are you less active? The most likely answer to the question above is that there is no time to exercise. Indeed, one of the challenges in this modern era is regulating the time to lead a healthy life in the midst of the crush of routine and high activity which is usually felt by many people in urban areas, starting from daily activities in the office, being stuck in traffic from morning, afternoon, until the afternoon, until the pressure of work is increasingly piling up to be immediately resolved. But, is there really no time for sports? Or did it happen because of another reason that was more important to prioritize? So, whatever your answer, exercise must and can be done in the midst of various daily activities, without having to interfere with the daily work routine. So there is no need to try to pursue lost sports moments with hard and intense physical exercise at certain times, with the hope of replacing lost exercise time. Because basically, good exercise is done regularly. It doesn't need to be long. Short and relaxed, even the benefits can be very good, which is important to do regularly.
