She writes with her heart wide open, documenting the ups and downs of her life, but also about the herbs and plants in her local environment, healthy eating and even making her own washing powder with zero waste in mind! # @nateonsteemit Nate has been posting about permaculture and gardening in his small Texan homestead for a good long time now, and I've loved seeing his garden develop. He's also mad keen on natural medicines, learning as he goes. If he's not welding, he's in Discord, playing with his chickens, or he is in the woods. If you missed his post on using churches as community gardens, it's totally worth searching for in his feed! We also love his journal style posts documenting his journeys into the natural medicine world, making his own tinctures and salves. # @plantstoplanks Vegan queen and fitness instructor, there's no one more enthusiastic than Katie about vegetables on Steem! Check out her posts particularly on #fruitsandveggiesmonday where she waxes lyrical about produce at the farmer's market she's turned into delicious meals.
