Right now, it's more important than ever to have a healthy immune system. Even though we're all sort of stuck indoors for the time being, we should be striving to stay healthy and not just watching TV and eating candy all day because we're bored. Granted, I have been watching a lot more television than I usually do, but not until I do some productive things first.

One of the activities I can still do is going out for a walk, so I like to get that done when possible. Unfortunately, it's been raining pretty much nonstop for the past couple of days, so it's been a few days. All of this time at home has given me an opportunity to do some more reading, which has been nice. I've got a few books sitting on my shelves that I've been meaning to read for a while now.

Anyway, this is a short and informative video about some foods that have high in bioavailable zinc, which is good for your immune system. Give it a watch if you're interested!

I'll admit, this is mostly a post for me to test out the functionality of SteemPress and pushing posts to Hive. It has not been working for me at all since the launching of the Hive blockchain, but I got a notice in the SteemPress Discord channel that it's supposedly fixed. If you see this on Hive, that means it was.
