A quick healthy meal!

You all know the goodness of oats right? If not, oats are a blend of good nutrients and it is a zero calorie food. It helps in weight loss, It relieves constipation, It reduces the risk of cancer and it even. lowers you cholesterol level. so Here's a easy recipe. OATS CHILLA Take half a cup of oats and grind it to make it powder. Take it out in bowl and add a cup of water in it and keep it aside for 2 minutes, as oats absorb water and it increases in size. In the meantime, chop your veggies whatever you want to add, it could be capsicum, onions, mushrooms, corns, spinach any veggie. Add your veggies into it and add some more water so that you can have a flowy consistency of the batter. Heat up the pan and add very little oil and add the batter, a thin layer. Cook it on both the sides till it have a nice colour. Enjoy it. I promise you will love it.
