Good morning dear followers, community and #getinshapechallenge actifit'ler. 6 days ...

... ago I started 16/8 intermittent fasting for the first time, I am doing it out of curiosity to feel the experience on my own body how it behaves. After 6 days I have noticed that I feel better, like I don't have any hunger attacks anymore and I just feel fitter. As a positive side effect, the weight also goes down slowly without having to go hungry. Of course I still pay attention to a balanced and varied diet. So far I have lost about 1 kilogram of weight, which is good that it doesn't go any faster, I don't want to lose muscle mass, but the annoying unhealthy body fat, especially the belly fat which can cause many diseases. Currently I weigh exactly 88.7 kilograms. I wish you all continued healthy success and a beautiful Sunday. Vor 6 Tagen habe ich zum ersten mal mit 16/8 Intermittirendes Fasten begonnen, ich mache das aus reiner Neugier um die Erfahrung am eigenem Körper zu spüren wie er sich verhält. Nach 6 Tagen habe ich festgestellt das es mir besser geht, wie zum Beispiel habe ich keine Hunger Attacken mehr und fühle mich einfach fitter. Als positiven Nebeneffekt geht das Gewicht auch langsam runter, ohne das man hungern muss. Selbstverständlich achte ich nach wie vor auf eine ausgewogene abwechslungreichen Ernährung. Bis jetzt habe ich ca. 1Kilogramm abgenommen, das ist gut so das es nicht schneller geht, ich will ja keine Muskelmasse verlieren, sonder das lästige ungesunde Körperfett vor allem das Bauchfett das viele Krankheiten mit sich ziehen kann. Derzeit wiege ich genau 88,7 Kilogramm. Wünsche euch allen in dieser Challange weiterhin gesunden Erfolg und einen schönen Sonntag.
