Hello Everyone π π,
The reason for being a farmer is to make sure there is hope for the future, not mine but the generations to come and also fight against all diseases known and unknown. There are several ways through which this can really work out well for the benefit of the family, and better still the neighborhood, through eradicating poor standard of living through backyard farming and frontyard farming and through eradicating poverty.
I was on the farm rabbit section when I saw the reddish flash light of the tomatoes which I have been trying to nurse from day1. Although, I faced so many challenges as a young self-employed farmer who solemnly depends on Steemit and also farming. But due to the fact that we have entered the Summer period here, it have been a warfront end for plant to survive. But still, I made some provision for plant.
I harvested the riped once at foresight and it was very great and healthy. I gave one a trial when I washed and ate instantly. Hmmmmm π. Yummy , Yummy ππ π it tasted delicious π―
Tomatoes are the major dietary source of the antioxidant lycopene, which has been linked to many health benefits, including reduced risk of heart disease and cancer.
They are also a great source of vitamin C, potassium, folate, and vitamin K.
Usually red when mature, tomatoes can also come in a variety of colors, including yellow, orange, green, and purple. What’s more, many subspecies of tomatoes exist with different shapes and flavor.
When I first of all got there, I saw some already harvested itself on the ground due to I wasn't paying attention more on it as I was before. Yes, Tomatoes are very good source of vitamins in the body and it depends on how you consume it and how you eat it often. I love reddish plant fruits just like Watermelon it's awesome and delicious, because it has so many health benefits too.
I still have some unripe tomatoes on the farm and I raised them from the ground to better its growth and Fruits development on its tree.
