A healthy lifestyle is to reduce the risk of non-communicable diseases such as: heart disease, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, stroke, and others. Especially by paying attention to a healthy and balanced diet, regular physical activity and smoke-free behavior. It's never too late to make a healthy lifestyle, make changes little by little, no need to make drastic changes. There are steps that can make a big change to a healthy lifestyle: A. STOP SMOKING Healthy living without smoking can increase the capacity of the lungs to enable a person to carry out daily activities without asthma, coughing or breathing difficulties.
