A healthy lifestyle is to reduce the risk of non-communicable diseases such as: heart disease, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, stroke, and others. Especially by paying attention to a healthy and balanced diet, regular physical activity and smoke-free behavior. It's never too late to make a healthy lifestyle, make changes little by little, no need to make drastic changes. There are steps that can make a big change to a healthy lifestyle: A. STOP SMOKING Healthy living without smoking can increase the capacity of the lungs to enable a person to carry out daily activities without asthma, coughing or breathing difficulties.
B. HEALTHY AND BALANCED MEALING PATTERNS TO ACHIEVE IDEAL WEIGHT. According to WHO, 70% of premature deaths from heart disease, stroke, cancer, and diabetes, half of which are related to poor diet. A healthy and balanced diet is obtained from nutrients with 7 components viz. Protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, water and substances. A balanced diet that is 60% whole grains, 30% vegetables and fruits to get vitamins, minerals, water and fiber, 10% meat to get fat.
C. DOING PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES REGULARLY According to WHO, what is meant by physical activity is an activity carried out for at least 10 minutes without stopping. Physical activity is divided into 3 levels viz. 1. Mild physical activity Is something related to moving the body, 2. Medium physical activity Moderate physical activity is the movement of the body which causes considerable expenditure of energy in other words is moving which causes breathing a little faster than usual 3. Heavy physical activity Heavy physical activity is the movement of the body that causes considerable expenditure of energy (burning calories) so that the breath is much faster than usual.
D. MANAGING STRESS Stress can be caused by a number of situational factors, but if you find a constant tension in your life treaterally, it can be caused by your own nature / personality. Hopefully it will be useful for everyone regards
