What a perfect day for a walk with the family and our doggy, Sadie. The weather is getting so nice you just can’t help but get out and enjoy it after grubbing on some homemade chicken tacos. I wasn’t able to get Sadie in the picture and the fam had no idea I was taking it. Muahahaha
This time of year at work has me running around like a mad man!! As if I don’t do that already.... I sure piled on a good amount of steps today!! Over 23K is a big number considering I didn’t even workout due to my lower back giving me some severe pain. I am really hoping that by stretching it out it will go away and I can get back in the gym and get back to my routine.
