My Actifit Report Card: May 16 2019

After sitting in a safety meeting for over half the day, I am very surprised that I reached over 16,000 steps. One thing I am happy about is that I made it to the gym 4 days in a row this week!! The past few weeks is has been a day here and a day there or maybe not even a day at all during the week. It sure does feel good to be back in the routine.

* Bench Press 150lbs 4X10 * DB Curls 30lbs 4X10 each arm * Bent over Row 35lb DBs 4X10 * Reverse Hyperextension 70lbs 4X10 * Straight Leg Lifts 4X10 * Military Press 25lbs 4X10 * Leg Extension 65lbs 4X10 * Lunges 25lb DB in each hand 4X10 I think next week I am going to get back into my interval training. Lighten up the weight and do reps continuously for a minute on each lift. It is tough but I like it.
