I'm getting in my daily walks very consistently now doing another 16k+ steps yesterday. I'm making a habit of doing my regular walking route twice each time. My knee no longer gives me any issues and I'm ready to step it up already so on Monday I will start joinging my hot yoga sessions regularly again.
