I take afternoon walks as its the perfect time to do so, you get your motor running as it cools down and can push through into the night if you wish. I was always told to head home when the street lights come as a child and i use the same principal here... this is the last lap around the hood before i called it a night ;) Lately have been pushing the recovery process a bit more, this means maxing out the walks of late in a bid to get a bit more fit and healthy causes 'ya gotta keep keepin on'... thats all you can do right? lolz. But aside from those facts of why i do, what i do, when i do... you make me wanna shoop :P For real though, its the view that really gets me, every time you head out you get to see the best of what nature has to offer as it paints a new artwork on the canvas sky.
