This dessert contains chickpea flour which is high in protein, fibre and micronutrients, while being low in carbohydrates and calories. Half a cup of chickpea flour contains an impressive 11 grams of protein, 5 grams of fibre, and nutrients like folate, iron, magnesium and zinc. Chickpea flour is also heart-healthy. For this you need: Gram Flour : 200g Sugar : 75g Butter/Ghee : 2 table spoons Almonds crushed: 2 table spoons Take a pan and put butter into it, once it's melted add gram flour and stir until it turns golden. Now add sugar and stir it well to give it a darker texture. Now take away the pan from the flame and let it cool down a little. Now take small amount of the mixture and start pressing it form it into balls. Once the balls are made, top it with some crushed almonds Since it contains dry fruits and gram it is highly nutritional and very healthy besides it solves your sweet cravings without affecting your health.
