Don't freak out by seeing the title! We all know that there's a direct link between our brain and our food habit. And the activity of our brain also depends on our lifestyle and what we are intaking like food. Especially if anyone is facing any kind of mental health issue, we can focus on our diet plan. How we think, how we see the world is very connected with what kind of food we eat.

[photo](https://pixabay.com/photos/plate-food-idea-eat-success-lunch-3033198/) There're many studies on this- how food increases our brainpower. So if we want to give a good boost to our brain, we should focus on our food as well as other factors of our life. A good diet plan can make us feel happy, help to boost positive energy and open the path of a healthy life. One of the best ways to boost our brainpower is - **" going back to old-style diet plan".** I mean no fast food, whole grain food, vegetables, fresh food, and everything. But we all know how difficult it is in this modern time. We are all busy and we choose packaged, ready-made, fast food for our living; which has a huge impact on our brain. But as this is normal for us and the impacts are passive, so we can't realize the impacts. *A good diet can always help us to live a better life. When it comes to a child, we always choose to give them nutritious, fresh and healthy food to boost their brainpower at an early age. So is that mean when they grow up they don't need any such food anymore. The answer is NO. So when it comes to any adult, us. why we think that any type of food is okay for us!* If it's hard to follow a good diet plan regularly or what I have mentioned as 'old-style' diet; then at least try to follow that more often. It will gradually be included in our life and our brain will slowly adopt the habit. I hope this will be a good start to boost our brainpower.
