Egg white and egg yolk have many benefits for the body. many people are not aware of the benefits of egg whites. many people make pudding when only mixing egg yolk. while the egg white is removed. actually egg whites contain entirely protein. no fat content in it. while egg yolks contain protein and fat. but the fat in the yolk is good fat. meaning it is not harmful to health. and protein is one of the nutrients that are needed by the body. because it is beneficial for maintaining healthy skin, adding immunity, and many other benefits. but keep in mind, consuming lots of eggs every day is very good for health. which is not good when you repeatedly fry eggs with the same oil. things like that will be dangerous for the health of your body.
