My Actifit Report Card: May 7 2019

Attempting to get back on track with my gym routine, I was up and at’em and at the gym on time. I did notice that my left hip/back wasn’t feeling too well. I have no clue what I could have done to cause this. I am taking that knee buckling pain that cripples you. I honestly thought I could work through the pain and stretch out. Boy was I wrong!!!

I did get in a decent workout but I don’t think it was worth it. I was struggling to make it through the day. Sometimes I felt pretty good but other times I was looking for something to hold myself up so I didn’t hit the ground. The crippling pain is no joke!!! Even though I kind of giggle when I can move and I am in a weird looking position. If this doesn’t feel better in the morning I’m making an appointment to get adjusted. This is crazy!!!
