I am just glad that the workout part of the morning wasn’t as chaotic as the rest of the morning!!! Good Grief!! It’s like my crazy Monday morning came back to haunt me but this time it was after my workout. Enough With the negative, I got a really good workout in this morning and I am feeling just a little sore this evening. Not too bad just a little. You know just enough to let you. Ow that the soreness is there. I did manage to stack up nearly another 18,500 steps though and get in a good workout

* Leg Press 180lbs 4X10 * Leg Curls 60lbs 4X10 * Chest press to Butterfly 25lb DBs 4X10 * Bent over Tricep Extension 25lb DBs 4X10 * Front Raise followed by side raise 10lb DBs 4X10 (I hope that makes sense to you all. Straight arms out the side and raising them like you are flying until they are over your head) * Pull Downs 80lbs 4X10 Front and back of head * Seated Row 90lbs 4X10 * Sit-ups 4X25 That is 3 days in a row that I have made it to the gym. I have been slacking quite a bit with my attendance at the gym but it feels good to get back in the groove.
