Despite Monday being one of the worst mornings ever, I recovered very well today. Should I tell you about Monday??? Ummmm.... Ok, first I left nice and early to get to the gym. Great right...wrong! I forgot my Fitbit when I got down the road. So I turned back around and grabbed it. Now this set back had me arriving at the gym at normal time. Still not too bad right?!?! Then after getting to the shop and changing my shoes.... I forgot my work clothes. No not my workout clothes. My WORK clothes. You know the Flame-Resistant clothes I have to wear at Work?? Ya those. So I ended up cutting my workout short so I could go home and change and come back to work again. Now that is how you start a morning, but this is how you recover the next day... 18,500 steps!! It’s not how bad you fail, it’s how you bounce back and stay in the fight!!
