My Actifit Report Card: May 14 2019

Despite Monday being one of the worst mornings ever, I recovered very well today. Should I tell you about Monday??? Ummmm.... Ok, first I left nice and early to get to the gym. Great right...wrong! I forgot my Fitbit when I got down the road. So I turned back around and grabbed it. Now this set back had me arriving at the gym at normal time. Still not too bad right?!?! Then after getting to the shop and changing my shoes.... I forgot my work clothes. No not my workout clothes. My WORK clothes. You know the Flame-Resistant clothes I have to wear at Work?? Ya those. So I ended up cutting my workout short so I could go home and change and come back to work again. Now that is how you start a morning, but this is how you recover the next day... 18,500 steps!! It’s not how bad you fail, it’s how you bounce back and stay in the fight!!

I have been slacking big time when it comes to me getting my butt in the gym. I was debating wether to do some more interval training but then I decided to just hit the weights like I have or haven’t been. * Lunges 4X10 each leg holding 25lbs DBs * Reverse Hyperextension 4X10 70lbs * Bicep Curls 4x10 each arm 25lb DBs * Leg Extensions 4X10 60lbs * Straight Leg Lifts 4X10 * Incline Press 4X10 35lb DBs * Seated Row 4X10 100lbs * Tricep Extension 4X10 90lbs Tonight I am already feeling it from the lunges, so I better get to stretching.
